MBody Massage + Meditation

I truly enjoyed my time at Mbody M+M. Lynn was professional and kind. The studio has this safe energy, which I felt right as I stepped foot past the desk. Check it out-you won't be disappointed. Lynn had great customer service, and practiced from a Trauma-Informed lens (patient, kind, respectful of your time and body, culturally respectful/open-mind). She was knowledgeable about her practice and her touch. She engaged with me in a friend-like conversation which made it feel less stiff and more relaxed in telling her what I wanted. If you or you know of someone who has experienced physical/sexual/emotional trauma Lynn is a safe person. She explains in detail what will/is taking place and allows you to lead with what "feels" comfortable...it was never about her, she always checked in with me along the way. Her energy is warm/welcoming/safe. This was one of the most memorable massages/ lymphatic drainages I've had.

Lynn was incredible! She guided me through the experience with calm and respectful etiquette, and her massage skills are superb! I visited nearly 3 months post pardum, and I feel SO much better! The facilities and amenities at MBody are also amazing and make the overall experience luxuriously grounding. Give them a try!

Alex is truly amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages over the years and I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Alex hit all of the spots I mentioned before the massage and really focused on them and it felt amazing. It was very relaxing and you can just feel and sense that Alex genuinely cares and wants you to have the best, most relaxing massage and wants you to feel your best. I am so happy to have found someone in Billings! Cannot wait for my next one.
