Had a facial (£80 for 55 mins) there a few weeks ago.Pros & cons breakdown of experience as follows:Pros:Nice atmosphereThe manicure/pedicure lounge looks particularly nice by the windowPolite staff Last minute appointment bookingsClean skinCons:Treatment was nothing specialProducts used were readily available in Space NKDid not seem tailored to my needsWas put under steam for 20 minutes - Ridiculous considering treatment is only for 55 minutes, 20 mins of steam is unneccessary, and the therapist had left the roomNo refreshments provided (herbal teas etc, however I did pick up an apple from a fruit bowl)At £80, this isn't a particularly budget treatment, hence I was disappointed with the budget service.Would I go again? No, thanks.
