I had seen this very funky salon many times and finally plucked up the courage to go in as I had wanted a radically funky trendy change and this place had the look. Initially the colorist spent ages on a consultation and all seemed well, i wanted a perm on short hair. I had my cut with the director who butchered my hair. One side was shorter than the other and not in a stylish way! It was cut too short soI don't understand what hair they were going to perm as there was none left, plus the colorist agreed colors which were not the ones used. I was due to return the following week for the perm, I highly doubt it and will now have to find another salon to fix the job. I rang the next day to complain and neither the director nor colorist returned my call!!!
