As a Business Consultant, I was inspecting this salon and could see the difference from others in the area as well as the ones in other countries, like in France where Beauty is a must! Indeed, Sally the Manager, provides an excellent service to customers, always listening to their needs and wants. She considers her customers as patients and always gives them her best to please them. In addition to the excellent customer service, this beauty institut uses natural and healthy products that ease the wax treatment and make it painless. Many customers have reported that they don't feel any pain while waxing and the result is always fast, efficient...it is the reason why they always come back there! And I would like to add that Sally the Manager always looks for the newlty, which makes the difference from the other salons...People have to try the waxing with tattoos or / and the diamonds on decoration! This is new, chic... Definitively a unique salon to discover and try! You will be back there no matter where you are located!

OK, so I had the \'Hollywood Facial\' last week and I must say it is a favourite of mine. I try to have it done as regularly as possible. On the Price List it is described as \"This tailor made facial includes steam and extraction, neck and shoulder massage, hand or foot massage\". During this facial treatment, I find that this is one of the few times in my hectic life, that I can actually allow myself to relax. Which in recent days, relaxation seems to have become an urban myth! Firstly, your face is cleansed so that Sally has a fresh canvas to work with. The steam is left to envelope your face while you relax for the next 10 or 15 minutes. What this does is open up your pores so that the extraction process is easier, and more successful. What I mean by extraction is something far less harsh sounding! Sally takes her time to gently remove as many blackheads as possible from your face. The worse part on my face has always been my nose, so this is where the main focus was. So although my nose was a little tender after this, it looked so much better. Once the extraction process is done, you have the most gorgeous scented products used on your skin as you enjoy a slow and relaxing massage on your face, neck and shoulders. I wish this part had lasted forever because it was wonderful. I really could have done with a nap afterwards, but a hectic schedule told me no! This is the treatment that I think will always be the one I go back to, even if I do desire to try new things. It does exactly what it says on the tin (Price List!), and it makes your face feel and look smoother and fresher. Plus it helps to get rid of those nasty blackheads that we all detest! And at only £30 pounds, you know it\'s worth it, as are you!

Best waxing in the north west and probably everywhere! I have had many different waxing experiences but this was by far the most fun, friendly, proffesional, comfortable and dare I say pain free experience ever. The hot wax used is far superior to wax strips used in other places, is much less painful and gives a great finish. Sally is so lovely and proffesional I will be a loyal customer for a long time and trying out all the dying and glitter that is on the menu!!! Thank you so much, southport needs you xxx

having never been waxed before I was a little bit nervous about it but after Sally talked me through the process and showed me the products I was eager to give it a go. The salon is immaculate and Sally is very knowledgeable and friendly and her professional approach made me feel instantly at ease. I have gone from being a walk in client to a regular and tried lots of other treatments. If you want pain free waxing and a truly professional finish I could not recommend her highly enough. What she doesn' t know about wax isn't worth knowing. I have recommended several friends who will not go anywhere else after their amazing waxing results. Thank you Sally for taking the fear out of it all and making it feel like a pampering session.
