Modern Touch Nail Studio

I was desperate as my usual technician (elsewhere) was away. How I wish I had waited until her return. The smell of chemicals hits you which should have told me to walk out. Everyone had masks on, now I know why they wear them. Shellac was removed with a battery operated file, it shocked me when the girl started using it, I didn't realise the damage this does to nails. Removal should always be by soaking in acetone. Nails are now softer than ever and although the Shellac has been replaced, my nails are all breaking. I am so disappointed. Owner looks as if he has been sucking lemons, wouldn't like to complain to him. Hardly anyone speaks English, just shoving and pointing to where hands should go. They have ruined my nails. And they only accept cash! I wonder what would have happened had I not had any cash in my purse? Expensive for unfriendly unprofessional service and harsh incorrect removal of Shellac. Technicians seemed more interested in looking at photos on their iPhones. How do they get away with it?
