I'm a qualified Clinical Complementary Therapist with over 16 years experience, specialising in beneficial therapies such as holistic massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hopi ear candles, reiki, seichim, hypnotherapy, PLR, Life Coaching and gel nails applications using Artistic gel polish. I worked for Marie Curie Cancer Care as a Senior Health Care Assistant for 5 years and have worked as an aromatherapist, masseuse and reflexologist for LOC in Harley Street, London (a specialist Oncology Clinic) since 2006. It doesn't matter if you need help with the symptoms of an ongoing illness, looking for relief from an ailment or aches and pains; or fancy a bit of pampering and some 'me time' or just want to discover more about complementary therapies by having a treatment. Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet and hands which correspond to all the glands, organs and systems of the body. By applying precise pressure to these reflex areas on the feet and hands imbalances of energy, which can cause stress and ill health may be redressed. Your feet mirror the health and well being of the body by looking after your feet you look after your body.

Reiki uses the body's natural healing energy called Qi which flows through channels called meridians around the body. This energy promotes rapid recovery, over time however these channels become blocked, especially during times of stress, inhibiting the body from healing itself. Reiki may balance the energies in the body, helping you to let go and relax, so reducing stress. At the same time, it promotes the development of positive reactions to stressful situations. Reiki has a very calming influence on the nervous system, particularly when people are suffering from stress and tension.

Hopi Ear Candles is an ancient form of treatment which was used by the North American Indians. The candles which are cylindrical with hollow centres, are made of natural substances such as honey, beeswax and medicinal herbs. They are lightly placed in the ear and are used to cleanse the ear and also regulate the pressure system in the inner ear. The treatment can be used on many conditions including: headaches, migraines, snoring can be reduced, age deafness, sinusitis, rhinitis, tinnitus and congestion due to colds may be eased. The treatment is soothing and relaxing.
