I went for a 7 minute sunbed, but was not aware that the staff were using a mobile phone silent alarm to remind them to turn it off at the right time. With music playing and a lack of attention, they forgot to turn off the sunbed and it was 11 minutes before I realised. I was fairly hot and burnt by this point, but the staff's attitude was, "oh well, never mind." No apology and I was surprised they still charged me. Unpleasant and potentially dangerous experience.
