On arrival you are offered a glass of champagne. I don't drink and also think it is a poor idea to offer alcohol to young girls who may be driving.Taken into featureless back room. I plonked my feet in therapist's lap and she did a pretty good gel pedicure. She was, however, rather clumsy and spilt nail varnish on my foot. My foot tended to fall through her legs! The end result was ok although i was left with one over long nail which is catching on my carpet when i go bare foot.For some reason they charge £10 more than House of Fraser and if anything are not so professional or painstaking.Not a bad job overall but I wouldn't go back. Very, very expensive unless you buy a loyalty card.
