I had gelicure nails applied about a month ago and, although Ilana was very pleasant when she did my nails, the work she did was incredibly poor. The following day I noticed that the gels had set over the sides of my nails and they looked quite messy. After a few days on some of the nails the gel started to come up at the edge, which meant they started to catch on my hair or clothing. After just over a week one nail chipped quite badly and the following day another came off completely. I've had false nails for years and know how to take care of them, I avoided oil based items and didn't do anything that would knock or damage them so it was quite clear that it was just down to shoddy work. They should last at the very least two weeks and they barely made one! I emailed Ilana twice to give her a chance to try and resolve my complaint and she failed to respond, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. The fact that I paid £45 for such poor quality is a complete and utter rip off.

Gelish is amazing - has lasted way better than Shellac and Ilana has just ordered all the latest spring colours!!! She just does my nails beautifully. Have now booked her for my wedding!
