I really enjoyed getting my haircut done by Moon. She was very lovely to talk to, she made my experience great and also done a brilliant job with my hair. Thank you so much Moon for your efforts. I really appreciated it. Haven’t felt this good in so long.

Eminently unfriendly staff specifically the white staff 2 white ladies very rude I came in hurry to do my eyebrows and didnt read the payment options available started screaming at me that cant you read there the minimum payment of card is 10£ they can be little polite the gujarati girl who did my brows really professional amd friendy Didnt like the experience with white ladies

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff are kind and friendly. It’s hard to find salons which also cater to women who wear a headscarf, they have a screen to cover the windows so you’re out of sight. I had my hair done by Leena she was amazing. She was so lovely, conversational and gentle with my hair. She coloured my hair and gave me a haircut it turned out beautiful! Thank you soo much x. Will definitely recommend Neelams to anyone looking for a salon.
