Horrible, disappointing and a complete waste of time. I reached out to Nina’s on WhatsApp specifically asking them if they do Gel X Apres nails and I included a definition. They confirmed that they knew how to do it and booked my appointment along with a pedicure. The day of said appointment, I arrive without even a proper greeting. I’m brought to a nail tech who tries to convince me to get an infill. I repeatedly tell them no, I want fresh nails because I’ve already had my current set infilled already. It then comes out that they in fact do not know how to do gel x. So at this point I’m frustrated but I’m already there and I need my nails done so I ask what can they do. They tell me nothing because she isn’t familiar with gel x so she doesn’t even know how to take them off. Like come on, it isn’t rocket science, it’s nails. I proceed to explain to her that it’s just like taking off any other nail extension but she refuses. So I ended up leaving with nothing, not even the pedicure that I initially had scheduled to go 1st. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Nail care is about constantly learning and educating yourself on what’s in the industry. You don’t have to offer every service but there should be some level of knowledge if you’re going to be an expert in your field. With my experience with this shop, I would say they have very little nail experience and may be good for people looking for very basic nails and little to no nail care knowledge.

The staff here have always taken good care of me and family as clients, they use good quality products and the place is well-maintained. Definitely recommend! Hair stylist Valentina has always been gentle with my hair and has good skill. I’ve had pretty positive results from Dulci Beauty & Trend’s radio frequency and vacuum therapy. Also body wrap with Dulci was a good opportunity to rest in warmth and made my skin very soft afterwards.
