O Spa Westfield

I recently visited O Spa in Westfield for a facial and was very disappointed with the service. Reception staff were not terribly friendly, the treatment room adjoins the hair salon and was very noisy and not relaxing at all, my facial only lasted 40 minutes instead of the advertised 60 minutes, and afterwards the therapist did a hard sell on the products which I didn't appreciate at all - she didn't "suggest" products that might be good for my skin, but rather TOLD me that I needed to buy them - and these products are not cheap! All in all, I wouldn't recommend this salon at all. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.
