I hurt my back and neck badly which left me immobile. Ali was a miracle worker and sorted out all my issues with a deep tissue massage! I highly recommend! Very relaxing atmosphere, people working there were welcoming and super helpful.

The receptionist was trying to charge extra for using spa facilities without even checking the reservation (was booked for massage and spa). Massage was not bad, but the services listed on the website were not available. The shower outside of saunas had a broken knob, making it impossible to regulate the temperature. It was a bit awkward to enjoy and relax in the swimming pool and lounge chairs, while the gym was full and everyone was staring. Otherwise, it was an okay experience, but probably would look elsewhere for spa facilities.

The massage was amazing, Marilyn really got into all my knots and gave me an overall brilliant experience in that department. The part that let the rest down was the changing rooms and the fact the entire spa/pool area was freezing! The bathroom floor was soaking wet the entire time we were there as well as cold.
