My fiancee went and booked me some treatments at this new spa in Altrincham as a Christmas present. One of the treatments I was booked in for was an exfoliation minerale which I thought would be very nice as a prelude to having a fake tan. Let me just say that following my treatment, I was far too relaxed for anything else and the exfoliation is FAR MORE than a body scrub but a whole experience. After a full body scrub and shower comes ultimate bliss in a full body massage with beautiful oils. I have since been back for my fake tan and was shown upstairs, past a plethora of immaculate treatment rooms to the tanning room with it's own private dressing room. I have never had a better fake tan and never had a fake tan where I didn't receive at least one streak until now!I have now booked in for a full morning of pampering the morning of my hen night with my bridesmaids and will be returning again before my wedding.Oxford One Spa is an experience from the moment you step through the door to the moment you leave...class, combined with the nicest people I have met in the beauty industry!!

    Came to this spa as my friend had recommended me to go there for hd brows, and all i can say is wow. The spa is beautiful inside and the staff are lovely and could not do enough for me. I absolutely loved the hd brows treatment, my eyebrows have never looked so perfect and really natural effect too (was initially scared of the scouse brow effect!). Have now booked in for nails and full body massage, cant wait to go back for more pampering!

    I went to Oxford One Spa because a few friends of mine had recommended me to go, as they are regulars there. I have to say I was absolutely thrilled with my treatments!! I have never had shelac nails before and Natalie recommended it to me as I wanted to help to grow my own nails, she told me they should last 2 weeks and it is nearly 3 weeks since I was in and they are still on and still look fab!!! Needless to say I will be back next week to have them re done! All the girls are really lovely there, and made me feel really welcome and the salon itself is beautiful!! Definately highly recommend!!!!!

    I have had an amazing treatment here today called Venus Freeze I saw it on their website it looked good but I really didnt expect the fantastic results I got so I've booked a course. I'd not been in before and the salon is very classy, and the girls friendly and professional. Theres cheap parking outside and I wish I'd found it sooner. I would defineately recommend this salon. A+++++

    This is a great friendly salon and all the staff are very experienced. I have never had a bad treatment here, and Ive tried a whole range of treatments from facials to the fantastic organic tan. If your looking for a friendly salon that gives exceptional treatments this is the place to go.

    I was disappointed with my experience at the salon ( I do not feel it can be called a spa as I did not feel relaxed , special or welcome) I found it very unprofessional with staff talking about personal issues, client issues and general chit chat ,this took away the feeling of a treatment atmosphere. I got the impression that to be treated with a good service you had to be part of a clique - if your face is not known they don't want to know. It would help if the staff invested in a customer service course ; basic things such as "can I offer you a drink while you wait " smiling rather than pouting , if talking about an upcoming event invite those within the salon not just a chosen one ( that's evidence of the clique!) There are much better spas in hale where money can be better spent for a better experience.
