I bought the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment via Groupon some months ago. I actually visited the salon and watched a treatment being carried out, it was agreed that as I have afro hair I would have a particular stylist (the only one with suitable experience) & so booked my treatment for November. The day of the treatment I arrived to find said stylist was not there & I rebooked - the appointment is today & I have phoned and emailed to check he is definitely there but not received either a response email or been able to speak to anyone about it. May have to go elsewhere & it's really annoying as travelling esp from SE4 to North London is a minimum of 1.5hours travelling :0(
