People Hair Chiswick

I can't believe that miserable one-star review - I've been going to People Hair for years and I love it! In that time I have never a bad cut and always come out happy. I have recommended it to several friends who have all been back too. I first went when I was unhappy with the salon I was with before. I needed to get my fringe trimmed so I thought I'd use that as a test to try out some other salons and see what the staff were like. Toni and Guy said they 'had' to charge me (£5! It takes TWO minutes!), even when I said was looking for a new salon to go to regularly. People Hair did it, no questions asked - exactly the kind of attitude I like. PS. In five years I've never heard Enzo swear. He isn't rude, he's just Italian!

This salon may look nice on the inside, but the people who run it aren't. They're rude and the owner seems to think it's acceptable to swear at people in front of clients. If you want a relaxing hair cut, this is not the place.
