My wife went here this morning to try and have a facial. She had a dreadful experience. The man on reception was rude and aggressive claiming she had turned up at the 'wrong time' for the appointment. She explained she didn't have time to wait for what they believed was the 'right time and politely asked for refund of her deposit.They refused. She was very upset.So I wrote a 'tweet' to them complaining and asking that they apologiseLater someone from the salon called up and offered £25 off another treatment- and didn't apologise. Not a great deal - asking us to spend even more with a company we didn't want to do business with. I have no idea what their beauty work is like- but the customer care is dreadful Currently talking to Kent Trading Standards.I'd avoid them!
