Spent over £100 there a week ago my daughter had her hair coloured, my wife had her hair cut and styled , and my son had his cut . When the girl had finished my wives hair she said to her " if she's not happy to come back" which my wife found strange on closer inspection she found that the girl had took a massive chunk of hair from just above her ear . Also my daughter had a deep red coloured put in her hair , after the first time she washed it it turned orange .and my sons hair just did not look as if it had been cut . My wife phoned Portland and asked to talk to the manager, she was told that she was not at the salon today so my wiFe proceeded to tell the receptionist , she agreed to a appointment the next day to try and sort the problems with my wife and daughter's hair.On arriving at portland we were told that that should not have happened to my daughters hair so they applied another colour, as for my wife the girl procededto completely butcher her hair , on more than one occasion my wife ask the stylist to stop and asked her what she was doing but the stylist reassured her that it was going to be ok. When she was finished my wife said that she was not happy and that she would phone the manager tomorrow . My wife made a phone call in the morning asking to talk to the manager she was told she would phone her back later , she did not phone and later that afternoon my wife tried again and was told by the receptionist that there was nothing they could do , at that my wife asked to speak to the manager again she was told that she does not want to talk to her... To round it up I paid £ 70 for red and got orange, paid £25 for my wife to be scalped and £ 7 pound for my son to have a bit of wax put in his hair... If this does not put yup of visiting Portland well then you deserve to end up with half a head of orange spiky hair all for £ 100 THIS IS NOT A JOKE and if Portland had rectified the problems I would not be writing this
