Professionail Beauty Salon at St. Enoch Centre

I booked a joined appointment here with my Mum (Living Social voucher - hence the tiptop on value). The therapists were great and we were both really happy with the manicures and pedicures.On arriving they were not very well organised and had to be prompted to a couple of times on the type of treatments we were there for.I was taken for my facial before my Mum and my Mum was told that there were no other treament rooms (Manager was in one of them getting a fake tan!!)The manager of the shop spent the entire time getting her nails done and her fake tan done.When approached regarding what the reason for the delay was and to arrange some form of voucher etc we were met with an cheeky mouthed manager.There is no way I would return to this shop now, as I would not want to give that person my custom again.
