PURE Spa & Beauty (Canary Wharf)

Had an excellent 60 min facial with Pam this morning! The spa is located on the basement level of the hotel. Very clean and modern facilities, steam room and sauna were Pam greeted me with a smile and gave a very relaxing and thorough facial with scalp massage and strong neck and shoulder massage. Will definitely be back!

I had a facial with Pam and she was fantastic! She took the time before my appointment to understand my skin concerns and to make sure the experience was really tailored to me. I left feeling so relaxed and will return again!

My facial with Pam was amazing! She addressed all my skin concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone, no matter their age. I’ll definitely be back soon!

This must be a joke… I was looking forward to a post holidays treatment (family gift) for me and my fiance. I chose Pure SPA Canary Wharf as I have been before and the therapist last year was amazing. The therapists today have been amazing and incredible too - we did enjoy ourselves. But the amount of money for the Pure SPA service is beyond ridiculous. We were told to arrive in advance but because the therapists were booked back to back with couples we were waiting with the hotel staff for 30 mins. It reeks of cost cutting and greed. You call yourselves a 4 star place but have no clue how to put the customer first. Your only saving grace is the therapists who are professional. They couldn’t be more apologetic for the delay although it’s clear they are set to fail with NO CONCIERGE or welcoming team, left to do everything on their own. I will not return. Used to love this place and it is because of that, that I am even more surprised at how stingy Pure SPA is and greedy.
