Rachel is such a lovely person it is always a pleasure to be zapped by her! Professional and kind she instils confidence and makes you feel at ease. Very importantly for me, having tried various hair removal methods, Rachel's laser works - thank you!

Sascha was great. Prompt start time to appointment, professional, efficient and thorough. My only comment is that I’m used to hot wax rather than strip wax in some areas, and I didn’t realise this wasn’t going to be used when booking (not available at salon); but this was possibly an error in assumption of mine when booking as it hadn’t specified on the website that hot wax wasn’t available. Wouldn’t, however, stop me booking again. Great service, and great beauty therapist.

I recently had an amazing skin treatment that included extraction, a mask, and Dermalux phototherapy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Rachel was absolutely fantastic—super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to explain each step of the process and helped me better understand the products and treatments available at the clinic. My skin feels so refreshed and radiant now. I highly recommend Rachel and this clinic for anyone looking for aesthetic treatments.
