Extremely good facial by a therapist who really knew what she was doing and explained how she was tailoring the facial to my skin's needs. She was friendly (apart from the deserved ticking off for being late) and very concious of what I needed - she even put a towel over me before I had chance to say I was a bit chilly.The spa was clean and warm, but not the height of luxury (the pillow and linen you lie on top of on the bed seems to be used all day rather than with towels that are changed with each client). But it's clean and the therapist was excellent.
