ReNew was founded in January 2013 with the aspiration to help others to lead a more relaxed, healthier and wealthier life. For many years I have been researching ways that would allow our bodies to thrive and all of the time the answer would be Natural Remedies and Ancient Wisdom. Our bodies are magnificent and have the capability of healing themselves providing we nurture them. Beauty, health, longevity, they all begin from the inside. From an early age I have been interested in Natural Remedies and Spirituality, but life took me on a different path. It was in 2012, when I made the decision to follow my passion and interest so I began researching and studying alternative medicine. I am currently studying many forms of Holistic Therapies but I am a Qualified Therapist and have a Diploma in the following : Natural Lift Face Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage, Seichem Reiki Level 1, Hopi Ear Candling and Indian Face Massage and are currently completing a Diploma in Tibetan (Ku Nye) Head, Hand And Foot Massage and Tibetan Acu-Sound Crystal Facial Therapy. My life purpose is to help others to get well and back on track using the forgotten knowledge and our natural self-healing, rather then reaching for a bottle of pain killers or other medications, which are detrimental to our system. All Natural Holistic Therapies have tremendous benefit on the psychological state including the Mind, Body and Soul.
