This person is not a qualified practitioner. They cannot massage. Their qualifications are in reflexology and 'crystal energy healing'. She rubbed deep heat and lavender on me and tickled me for an hour. I left feeling more tense than when I left. Simply not strong enough, I kept asking her to apply more pressure, but she replied that she couldn't keep the pressure up and that "the oils would do the work". At best incompetent. At worst - charlatanism.
