Ruffians Covent Garden

I booked an appointment at your Covent Garden branch by mistake but called to change it to the Shoreditch branch. During the call, I specifically asked if I would be with a Stylist, and the gentleman on the phone confirmed that I would. However, when I arrived, I was assigned to Megan, who, while polite, was not a Stylist and cannot really help me to decide about the style. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Megan did even not ask for my name, didn’t introduce herself, or make eye contact throughout the appointment. There was also minimal communication with me, as she was primarily engaged in a conversation with colleagues about a fridge issue in the shop!! The haircut itself was underwhelming and did not reflect the price I paid. Overall, I did not feel welcome and was left disappointed by both the service and the lack of professionalism. Given this experience, I would not recommend your service. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future clients.

I had another great experience at my favorite barbershop! The service is always excellent, and Michael did an amazing job as always. He knows exactly how to create the haircut that suits me best. Michael is not only skilled and professional but also very tactful. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and professional approach. Highly recommended!

Everything you need and expect from a great barbershop. All the staff are super friendly and nice. The barbers really know what they are doing. And to top it all off, they have great coffee. This was my first time coming here, and I can say that this will now be my regular barbershop
