I went here with a gift voucher that was purchased for me as a present. My first visit was awful I wanted a cut and colour so the stylist went to work colouring my hair. Now I had about 1/2 inch regrowth at my roots, but the colour was just put all over. Now I am no hairdresser but even I know that you don't just slap colour all over when someone has roots.I ended up with the most awful root glow and I mean it was bright red. I questioned the stylist at the end and she assured me it would go down and then proceeded to charge me over £80!I went home and no one could believe it was a professional job so I then plucked up the courage to call them and officially complain. The manager requested me to go down an see her which I did and she agreed to fix it but I had to wait 3 days. It got fixed and looked better in the end but it was a horrible experience.So I was over £80 down, had to walk around with root glow for 3 days and had the uncomfortable experience of getting my hair redone when the original stylist was there.
