Saks Hair & Beauty Leeds

I went to Saks for a fringe trim it basically just needed blending and thining out but I did say to the hairdresser i don't mind if you do take abit of length off! What a mistake! My fringe was a sweeping fringe and was parted on the side and I had spent 2 years getting my hair perfect. The hairdresser spent a couple of minutes blending one side and then the other side which needed blending and thinning she just cut it on an angle leaving me looking butchered! She had cut over an inch of my hair off and it looked horrendous! I've had to have a full fringe cut in to disguise the mistake. I hate my hair now! I go on holiday for my 40th birthday soon and my hair should have been lovely but instead I feel a mess! I complained to saks customer services and over a week later I am still waiting for someone to contact me! I have now phoned twice! I cannot believe how I ve been treat! Saks is one big joke!! Only go if you don't mind losing your hair!
