Bad. Hair was cut wrong. Even though a card machine was present on counter I was made to leave and go to a cash point and come back with the money as the lady who cut my hair wouldn't accept card payments. The lady who cut my hair was apparently “self employed”, so she had to be paid separately. Not really sure why they couldn’t have just paid her out the till after I paid by card. VERY weird and inconvenient. I should have just walked out without paying. I won't go there again. I should have went on my gut instinct and paid extra at Stringers.

Recieved absoutely awful highlights here. My hair was already light bleached blonde with about 2 inches of root growth. I've had highlights for years and explained very cleary what I wanted which was light blonde highlights again. My hair has turned an awful yellow colour with orange streaks as they did not check the product had lifted before they took it off. I honestly think i could have done a better job at home with a box dye. Now I'm left with damaged hair that I can't bleach again for fear of it falling out, and will have to have a trip to another hairdresser to try and rectify it; possibly by going brown again as it looks awful. Appreciate they can't get it right every time but you would think they would recognise if they made a mistake and try to put it right. Would give 0 out of 5 if I could.

Cut my hair significantly longer on one side than the other and was really noticeable and the style is symmetrical . Literally just cut across the bottom of the hair with out thinning it where it needed or really checking the style. It wasn't cut with the same level of care or attention to perfection and detail I'm used to. One side was a lot shorter than the other and the other side was longer and chunky in the corner. It looked shocking and I had to go else where to get it rectified. The staff were nice but the stylist must have been a trainee because my hair which iv been growing for ages was nearly ruined. I wouldn't return.

I would advise no one who values customer loyalty and good basic manners to use this chain or salons individual hairdressers try but with the pig headed owner who wouldnt know good customer if it bit him on the butt avoid like the plague
