Sanctuary House 's review by Gillian Telford
I bought a gift voucher for my daughter. She wanted a facial peel to help start get rid of acrne scarring. No way would Sanctuary House allow her to have what she wanted. They tried to sell her lots of expensive products and only then would she be allowed to have a facial and then, only after having the facial, would she be allowed to have her peel. Of course my daughter is 19 and not earning, she cannot afford to embark on such a long course of expensive treatment. It is her gift voucher, surely she can spend it how she wants. If Sanctuary House won't allow you to have a facial peel before buying products and having an ordinary facial, then they should specify this on their price list so people know what they will have to spend. I have bought Sanctuary gift vouchers for many people on many occasions but certainly will not be buying any in the future. My daugher is just going to have to waste her voucher on stuff she really doesn't want.
