I had a fantastic head and hand aroma-therapy massage, haircut and manicure. Great ambiance - brilliant massage chairs. It was a really chilled out session and I was really pleased with my haircut and manicure. The staff made me feel very pampered. However, while buttoning up my coat to leave, I smudged the varnish on one of my nails. I thought they'd be happy to fix it for me - but no. They said that they couldn't fit me in for another 1/2 hour and I'd have to pay for the repair.
