THEY MESSED ME UP. Showed them a reference, they game me whatever the hell they wanted to!! I didn’t ask for this at all!! They washed my hair…cool ig…but I gotta walk around like this for the next few months!!!!

I dont get haircuts often because of the environment feeling very uncomfortable to non regulars and today made that 100x worse, called asked if they had time for a walk in, walked all the way to the shop and immediately felt like i was trespassing, wasnt greeted or acknowledged so i just sat down and waited, there was a family getting haircuts, thats fine i can wait, after an hour of sitting and getting glanced at every so often by the ladies cutting hair both of the ladies who were free walked off and i thought okay theyre not robots its fine i can wait, a man came in with his son and was immediately helped so i assumed he had an appointment so it didnt bother me but then an elderly man walked in, was immediately greeted he told them he had no appointment and was a walk in and was immediately seated and helped, as another hair dresser stared at me, it really sucks that i felt so much like a bother when all i wanted was a haircut. It sucks that in over an hour of being there not one person acknowledged me or attempted to help me. And it sucked walking back home feeling like i was being judged based on how i looked, because i wasnt a child or an elderly man. Ive been there before and i really liked my haircut but todays experience just made me feel unwelcomed. So i wont ever walk in without an appointment again i learned my lesson.

Brought my 7 year old for a haircut. He wanted to go from a little boy hair cut to spikes. Alisa totally took care of him and gave him an awesome haircut. My son asked if we could come back to her every time because he loved his haircut. I do recommend jumping on the website and making an appointment. They do take walk-ins, and the first time we were a walk in we had no problem and got right in. The second time we had to wait quite awhile for Alisa to be available. (There were other stylist available, but my son requested Alisa.) And we had a couple people with appointment come in that made us sit longer. Alisa took the time to have me pull out my phone and showed me how to book an appointment so I did not have to wait as a walk in next time. High recommend.
