    Fantastic atmosphere, do sometimes run a little late because of their attention to detail. Very comfortable environment and very hospitable. The best salon I have been too in many ways. Will be very popular in the future I feel, so hope the friendly personal touch isn't lost!

    we had a surprise birthday party at the salon and it was an overall fabulous experience and we left very relaxed. The Arabic buffet was amazing and we even had a belly dancer for entertainment. The prices were very, very reasonable

    I agree with all off above, except ariuna. I have used this salon many times over the last year and I have to say that, that from ariuna's review, I wouldn't even recognise the salon. I feel she has been extremely unfair and wonder if she hasn't made a mistake and reviewed the wrong salon. Anyway Secrets isa 5* salon and so are the staff

    I have been a regular at secrets of arabia since it opened and have never once been treated badly or received a below standard treatment. I can't say the same for other salons I have been to. This salon is the most caring establishment, I have ever been to and I highly recommend that people go and judge for themselves. I will say one thing though - the team are very very friendly and caring and you often see the clients hugging or kissing the staff bye bye like friends and family, if you are more reserved, maybe it would be wiser to stick with the more clinical salons. Secrets of Arabia is about warm, friendship and old-fashioned hospitality. The people who visit this salon, have chosen it because of this reason. I wish everybody to visit this lovely place.

    I have just moved into the area with work and am very happy to have found this lovely salon and the staff who work there. My personal experience is the opposite of the lady's bad review above. Obviously something had happened at that time, as the four times I have been there, I was extremely happy and felt like a member of a very close family. I would recommend that the lady give it another go, she will love it! For what ever reason things were not running smoothly that day and that does happen everywhere! But to be honest, this place is known for its hospitality and caring client care. So I do find that part hard to believe to be honest

    I was just browsing through reviews at the competition. And I read the review from ariuna. All I can say - you are really unlucky to have received such a bad service at Secrets of Arabia. Sharon is one of the most friendly, sincere lovely lady you can ever hope to meet and she hand picks her girls very carefully, I know I use the threading service there. All the girls are kind & lovely - rare in the beauty industry - can be bitchy! Poor Sharon goes out of her way to accommodate everybody and its shocking to us who know her and the salon to read such hurtful things. Don't worry Sharon! just keep doing what you are doing! one bad review out of hundreds of good ones is damn brillient!

    Our apologies to Ariuna for her bad experience with us. The day Ariuna came for the first time was the day after our last threader left unexpectedly and Zainab stepped in to rescue us. It was a very sad and stressful time for all the staff and we tried our very best to accommodate all our clients, but on reflection, maybe I shouldn't have booked in new clints at such a time. We all offer a sincere apologies for ariuna's claims. Please read our other reveiws to collect a more accurate impression of the salon and staff.

    I went for threading to Secret Of Arabia and did not enjoy at all. Service was bad, no body greet me and I had to wait 30 min for my treatment. The threading lady looked tired, unhappy and overworked. Staff weren't friendly. I had have to have my treatment on the hairdressers chair where nowhere I could rest my head while beautician worked on my face. I would never go there again and will tell all my friends not to go there.

    I can only say WOW! I just loved my treatment in this salon. So, so friendly! I had my whole face threaded by somebody called Zainab, she was fab. Sharon the owner of the salon gave me a proper pedicure and she really went the extra mile, even building me a new toenail out of acrylic after my injured one fell off just before my wedding! She is amazing! This salon is to be explored!
