A tale of two halves. I booked a two hour massage and was offered a one hour for hand massage or a two hour massage with two different masseuses. I went for the latter. The first person - I think her name was Pooja- was incredible. She was great at checking in on pressure and style of massage and areas to focus on and gave me a true combination massage with elements of Thai deep tissue and Indian Head. I was so relaxed after the first hour. Unfortunate the second person completely undid that. They did not communicate with me and they seem to be more interested in covering me with oil than doing any kind of massage. Even when I highlighted where I wanted focus and the pressure it was more like a bored person was scrubbing a kitchen floor. I had to ask her and the massage early and would have given stronger feedback if another member of staff was still on site. As it was, I wanted to leave to retain as much of the good work that Pooja had done as possible. I would definitely return if I could guarantee that I got the first massage therapist. I struggle to believe that the second massage therapist is even trained.

Fatima was amazing. Such a lovely place to have a treatment. This was my first time and I would come back. Fatima was chatty, professional and had a really gentle touch, been a while since I d had a wax and I found her thorough and extremely good. Thank you

Fatima is really friendly and patient. Had a good deep cleanse experience with her. I especially appreciate her gentle soft hand touch which didn’t irritate my skin. :)
