Serenity Space

I used to be a regular client. I was supposed to host a workshop today and I have received a call this morning saying it had to be cancelled due to a water leak. I go on their website and all of their classes are running as usual, leaving me to deal with the mess. I had to reach out to all of my clients and tell them my workshop was cancelled. I shared a story on Instagram and when I tried tagging the venue, I found out they had banned me from tagging them. This only reinforced the idea that what they said was a lie. As a matter of fact, I tried tagging them on my other profile and I was able to. I found everything that happened today incredibly shady on their side and absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been contacting my students all afternoon, issuing refunds and having to apologise. If you are looking to book a venue, please steer clear from this studio as they are incredibly unreliable.

Very easy to book, very welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere & experience (aromatherapy massage, 90mn) and great value for money. I felt relaxed and refreshed. There is also a little coffee corner which is very nice.

My therapist, Emma was incredible, the massage was just the right pressure and the way she conducted the session was so calming and restoring. Thank you to the full team!
