Bad Customer Service!!!!!!I brought a voucher online to have a facial at SMH, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I was not in the county, I tried ringing on numerous occasion to book an appointment but without success. Once I arrived home 1 day after the voucher had expired I explained to the owner and was told nothing could be done, if it had been one day she would have honoured the voucher. Again I explained that it has expired yesterday (1 day out) and suddenly she changed her tune. After contacting the online company that I had brought the voucher from, they contacted the owner and she had offered to honour the voucher as long as I paid an additional £20!!!! How ridiculous. If I could afford to pay full price for the treatment I would not have purchased the voucher in the first place!!!!!Sometimes in life things happen that we are unable to plan for and a little bit of flexibility is not too much to ask for, if it had been any other well know salon they would have at least offered a downgraded treatment or made an exception as it was only one day out!!!
