* No music and when it eventualy came on it was an online radio station:S*Freezing cold and when complained to the manager he replied the owner wont fix it nawt i can do?!*Luke warm water when having my hair rinsed (Stylist did appologise as it was afternoon apt )*Enormous ugly heater and basin area*Staff gethering around reception desk and repeating foul language (inc so called manager) asi could hear from my seat as i was waiting for my colour to process.*Refreshments, coffee came out on a contemporary layout, however my cup had lipstick/gloss on it.*Quality of work was average i felt i wasnt getting what i really had asked for.*My stylist was off the wall asked me every detail of my life, and spoke ten to the dozen.
