Sick Cutz

Listen. It wasn’t a cut it was an experience. I’m terrified, of new barbers but dude asked me what I wanted, looked at a pic of my previous cut and went to the 9’s to make sure it was I wanted. Hot towel, razor, and the fade? Bro is an artist. I felt like he cared more about my cut than I did. Haven’t been this pleased with a cut since high school. Great job

I've been on the hunt for a new Barber for my fiance after he expressed being tired of going to shop like sports clips because they would always getting his haircut wrong. So I did some research on barbershops in Denton and if I'm honest I was not impressed with a lot of the shops I found around, solely based on the reviews I read. A lot of people would complaining about appointments getting canceled last minute or the cost being very high for the level of service, and so I was getting a little worried that I would never find to reliable place to go that was until I found sick cutz!! After reading all the reviews on Google I knew I had to book an appointment with him for my fiance and I was not disappointed. Sam was able to get us in the same week which was truly amazing and let me stay and watch the whole hair cutting process which was so cool. Now I haven't gone to a lot of barber shops before but the amount of care, quality and precision he does is truly mesmerizing. My fiance received a beard and mustache trim, a haircut w/ fade and he also got a towel facial. I was so happy to he getting treated so well, my fiance's a mechanic and he works long hours outside so getting haircuts is a must to prevent heat exhaustion. But an unexpected bonus was the relaxation he felt during his appointment. He even told that he was close to falling asleep multiple times because of how calm and relaxed he felt ! Sam was very gracious and offered us water and juice during the appointment, he also always had music playing which really enhanced the experience of the shop. He also gave my fiance tips on how to manage his hair and beard habits, and the prices were really good especially for the amount of work and quality you receive. We have come a few times and we definitely plan on coming back with him for as long as possible! And after talking to him and letting him know that me and my fiance were planning on getting married in January he allowed us to book him for our wedding day which I'm truly so grateful and excited for because I know he'll do an amazing job! My fiance is always telling me that he always feels better after getting a new haircut but that he's never felt this confident after a hair cut appointment and it's truly all thanks to Sam . I truly recommend Sam and Sick Cutz to everyone!

I’ve been knowing Sam ever since I started going to barbershops and let me tell you he always make sure there’s nothing wrong with the haircut and always makes sure you are happy. The atmosphere from his shop is just right you feel relaxed and calm. Great barber and person overall
