I opted for the spa package along with a wash, dry and trim and I was there for a couple of hours—but not once did I feel out of place. The staff were incredibly communicative, ensuring I always knew where I needed to be and when. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing—you can tell that the team is genuinely passionate about their craft. My hair has never felt this healthy and luxurious, and the cherry on top was the massage chair during the hair wash—such a relaxing touch! Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I cannot recommend Sisters Spa enough. A well-deserved 10/10! May Allah bless this business with continued success.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at the Sisters Spa London. As soon I walked in I was greeted by Zaria she was very kind, warm and attentive with the service she provided. I had chosen to get a full body package done and I really enjoyed it. Meriam went out of her way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable and allowed me to have the best hammam experience at the Sisters spa. I also had a lovely massage done by Tanzim she’s an amazing masseuse and really helped to get rid of body pains that I was experiencing. She’s very friendly and really enjoyed the excellent service she was providing. Lastly, I would like to thank Fardowsa for being so welcoming she made me feel at home with her friendly demeanour and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this place and revisit again.

I had a terrible experience at Sisters Spa and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, there was absolutely no privacy. Staff were waiting inside the hot tub premises during what was supposed to be a private spa day, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. The promised complimentary items were nowhere to be found. I had to ask for towels, which should have been provided automatically, and there were no complimentary drinks as shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the complimentary fruits had hair in them, and the breadsticks were stale and also had hair—completely unacceptable. The spa was OVERBOOKED, and during our slot, there were other customers using the facilities. We were told the facilities were being cleaned, but this disrupted our session and ruined the atmosphere. It certainly didn’t feel like the relaxing, exclusive experience we had paid for. The shower facilities were poorly maintained, with empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Basic amenities were clearly not being restocked. Hammam room felt gritty when lying down. Cushion looked very unhygienic to use, a towel should’ve been placed over it! As everyone is using this. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I should have read the reviews beforehand because, unfortunately, everything negative others had mentioned was true. This place does not live up to its promises. Definitely avoid!
