Sadly I don't have anything good to say other than Jay was not rude during my appointment, another story when I returned requesting a refund because I had to visit another hairdresser straight after to make good the terrible job Kay had done - nothing was right about it, to the point where I actually question whether he is even qualified. It was a huge error on my part visiting his salon, not one I will be repeating.
