I just wanted to share my experience as a tenant of Sola Salons. I am currently renting a suite in the Sola Salons 1 and I want to encourage any inspiring artists to take the leap and invest in yourself. Sola is a great place to do this. I stayed and managed a hair salon for 15 years and I thought I would die there, never leave. One day something clicked in me and I decided to leave and I didn’t have a plan. I came to the realization that I actually need to make a living, unfortunately we need money for that! I contacted Sola Salons through their website, which was very easy to do. I was contacted promptly by Wendy (leasing manager), who is an absolute doll! She was very accommodating and flexible meeting me and showing me the business and the available suites. She was very informative and that was amazing. She felt my apprehension and made me feel comfortable and inspired. I decided to sign a lease shortly after. After signing the lease I was contacted by Sean and Shawna (owners), who just wanted to get to know a little bit about me. I had a wonderful conversation with them and got to know them a bit as well. Sean and Shawna provided a very informative startup guide, things I didn’t even think about because I had no idea what I was doing! I went from working for a company to being my own business owner? Terrifying! But they eased my mind and want nothing more than for you (me) to succeed and have a thriving business. They offer so much support and guidance, and they are just sweet people! If you’ve been thinking about it, take the leap! Contact Sola Salons and see what’s possible!

I am a professional Braider and Stylist at the Sola Suites Modesto and my experience from the beginning has been nothing more than perfect! The owners are amazing and make renting a suite here stress-free and as accommodating as possible. Would definitely recommend these suites to anyone looking to have the privacy of their own space while working with a network of professionals.

Hi, my name is Sophie ! I am a licensed manicurist here at Sola Salons. I have been licensed for 5 years and I cannot express enough how Sola has given me the confidence to be proud of my art and creativity. I am a very emotional, and sentimental person. I suffer from severe anxiety, and I’m always questioning if someone likes me or if I made the right choice. I wanted to be more than just a nail tech, I wanted to be a nail artist. Someone to educate their clients on their nail health, to turn their vision into reality. And allowing the clients to feel the time is there ’s and nobody else. Sola gave me just that. I have my own suite with no interruptions, clients and I don’t have to rush because there is a walk in waiting. Shawna, and Sean allow creativity to turn your home away from home into a reflection of yourself. I am safe, protected, and cared for. Though there are a bunch of us in the salon they make me feel as though I’m the only one and I am special. Sola, was the first ever decision I made where I didn’t second guess myself if I made the right choice. Or question myself “is this the right career choice for me?” As soon as Wendy ( Sola Salon’s manager ) handed me the keys. I knew then that this was meant right for me. I was overwhelmed with joy and I started to cry !!!!! Thank you again to Sola for giving me this amazing opportunity to flourish.
