Simply the best spa that one could visit. I took my husband as a Christmas treat and we were absolutely spoilt. The service was outstanding and everyone who worked there so kind and professional. The dry flotation bed has to be one of London’s best kept secrets when you need a boost. Thank you all at Spa Connect InterContinental Park Lane

The spa was simply stunning. It's hard to believe it's in the heart of London, because it's so serene and cosy up there on the first floor of the InterContinental. Dawn, Nicole, Dorata and the whole team took such good care of me for my Forest Therapy treatment which grounded me and almost sent me fully to sleep, and I haven't found it easy to fall asleep in months, I have been so stressed. Thank you Spa Connect, I'll definitely be back.
