Unclean spa and steam area, changing rooms absolutely stunk.Everything broken including shower. One room completely closed, cool stream room. Sauna had some broken benches lazily and unattractive taped off rather than removed,slats loose even on non taped off bit, I kept finding slimy black smudges on my body from touching walls or floors. Films of bacteria were on the floor and benches, it really was grim. The facilities underneath look like they might be nice if working and clean, but instead of coming out feeling refreshed and cleaned I came out feeling more dirty and poisoned Instead. It's absolutely astonishing that they aren't embarrassed to charge a premium for this and advertise it as a thermal spa experience as if it could ever be a positive one. Even simple things were badly maintained eg the a sauna door swung open on its own. And people had to. Kind of balance it shut. If you want a perfect example of how to spoilt a facility by having lazy staff, poor management and distance for your customers, this is it.

Massages are amazing but the booking process gives you even more stress, so really not worth it. I purchased a 6-massages bundle a while ago, however when trying to book through their webpage or "app" (which redirects you to the same webpage), it prompts an error message which will not allow you to complete your booking. I have been trying for more than a week to call them (customer service would not even pick up my call), go there twice and email them, and I still have not been able to book a service which I have already paid for. It is a pity because the masseuses are brilliant and very professional, but I can't really enjoy a massage if I cannot even book it.

I’ve just finished my back massage course with Stefani and it was an incredibly relaxing experience! Stefani found the muscle knots and problem areas and focused on it with just the right pressure. I especially enjoyed the back cracking. One of the best massages I have ever had!
