About Spa London York Hall

I had booked body wrap and flotation treatment for me and my 2 daughters.I was dissappointed that the treatments were not after each others and we had to wait, even 1 hour in between.Luckyly the manager was able to arrange earlier time.This caused us stress because my parking time was running out and we had to hurry up.I was told on the phone by the receptionist, our spa time would be 3 hours.Not at any point was I advised the treatments were not followed up after each others.
