About Sports T

SportsT caters for individuals and serious sportsmen who are in pre and post event training.


My main focus is to help serious sportsmen and individuals maintain their peak performance - by reducing injury, reducing pain and speeding up recovery.


I work with men who have hamstring, IT band, groin and back pain, as well as minor injuries and aches due to overwork and stress.


My regular sports and deep tissue massage therapy reduces the chances of athletic injuries and this is backed-up by the excellent feedback that I receive from clients.
