Springfield Massage Therapy

For nearly 30 years, I've lived with neck pain, back pain, and muscles spasms that result in nearly daily headaches with a weekly migraine to cap it off. I was afraid that seeking help would require just as much pain, if not more, for any amount of relief. Those fears could not have been more wrong. For four months now, I've been seeing Zach every few weeks and have yet to experience any pain during a session. The stretches are gentle to the touch but firm and controlled so that you can feel them working. Yet, no pain. Sure, muscles are sore for a few days after but it feels amazing as the underlying knots are disolving and mobility is returning. Headaches are almost none-existent in my daily life now. I'm able to run and do simple human things like pick up a glass or turn my head without wincing in pain from stiffness and muscle spasms. From my first visit, I have not had a single migraine since and that makes every session worth it. Zach's massage therapy works and has changed my life immensely for the better in a short period of time. I encourage anyone with similar symptoms seek help and try it at least once. My friends and family who experience migraines are still taking meds to manage the pain after it sets in when I'm just not having them anymore.

Zach is great! I have chronic migraines with terrible neck pain. Medication has managed the worst of the headache part of the migraines but hasnt touched the neck pain. Zach's techniques are so much more effective than relaxation massages I've tried in the past. I get relief after a session with Zach when nothing else helps.
