I have to agree with Angel B. Dont go here unless youve hours to spare.. I went on a Wowcher, colour and finish. I was there 4.5 hrs!! color had to be re-applied as i ended up with 2 tone hair, whilst they rectified the color. Geraldine, pleasant but eccentric, gave me the impression she wanted to do the minimum work. I was advised to towel dry my own hair, to consider a diff color as they didnt have chosen color, then advised against having a fringe cut, when ive had one many a times before, and to finish advised against a straight/smooth finish as she felt the "natural look" suited me (this translated to stay frizzy as its 5.30 and i want to go home)... However if you want to experience a fawlty towers hair salon then pay them a visit, as if nothing else i laughed nervously throughout my visit.

Thanks to John at stags my new color looks fantastic the new style he did with the cut really suits me i just love it, and will certainly go there next time there brilliant and the best

I had the best colour and cut i've ever had at stag hairstyles the the lady called Geraldine that did my hair was very experianced and talk with me about how we should proceed every step of the way i am soooo pleased and my hubby loves it normaly he dosent even notice i've had my hair done

Worried now - I've bought a groupon for full head COlour cut and finsh. My appointment is this week!!

Do not go to this salon!! I went for groupon offer (foil highlights, cut, finish). The owner forced me into having a cap, saying it covers more of the roots than foils. She pulled thick chunks through & then used very strong bleach. She didn't want to cut my hair & spent 30 seconds (I counted) trimming the ends!! She used a paddle brush to blow dry hair. My hair now is brassy & very patchy bleached blonde with dark roots still. I went straight to another hairdresser on leaving the salon who couldn't believe I'd just had my hair done by a professional. As the bleach was so strong I have to wait 2 weeks before the new hairdresser can correct my hair & this will be at a much higher cost.
