I have used this shop since its opening and never had any problems staff are always polite, friendly and engaging until today.. .. The member of staff was on the phone when I walked in, I was ignored until she had arranged collection of shop keys (she's gonna leave them with her mother in loughton and send the address to the person she was chatting to) as she wasn't around on Sunday or Monday . Telephone conversation ends where upon I'm told 'well there's a wait anyway, thats why I didn't engage' I booked my time told I could sit down. Staff member picked up her phone again and stated she didn't want to work in this shop again as the people were rude. I was then gestured at (names in the book remember!) and told your bed's ready now! Did I forget to mention she'd parked in a disabled bay and didn't care - don't think the person requiring the disabled bay would see it that way ! I run a customer service level 2 course feel free to email me for further information on how to train your staff.
