Terrible place. Dirty, unfriendly and overpriced for what it is. I went to get a half leg and bikini wax. Half way through the treatment I was rudely spoken to by her saying"you should have been clear with what you wanted when you booked" When I asked what she meant she offered that I should have been explicit that it was upper half of leg and bikini then she wouldn't have done it. Please don't go there. My experience still angers me 2 years on!

What absolutely appalling and disgusting members of staff work here with equally horrible attitudes and customer service skills to match. The staff come across as 'chavs' that have been dragged off the streets and they display a vicky pollard attitude towards customers. The treatment I had was truely an aweful experience which I shall not be repeating. The staff seem as though they dont have a clue about beauty therapy let alone how to go about it. Im with the previous reviewer on this they deserve a minus rating, please DONT waste your money here as they really dont have a clue.

If there was a minus rating, these guy's would have got it. Having bought my partner a set of treatments as a present, whilst she was having her first the second was booked to be a couple of hours later. But the intellectually challenged people running the salon on a Saturday, thought she was a no show, even though she was in having her first treatment, so they booked someone else in! And then claimed it was my partner's fault for not mentioning that she had another treatment booked! All this even though it was booked a week before, with the owner with full details being given, their diaries fully recorded with times, treatment details, names and contact details! Would it not make sense to ring the customer, or even better to look in the diary! On making a complaint was told the voucher was valid for six months, which is clearly not the point, appointments are booked for a reason! The attitude of Dawn, was atrocious and showed a complete can't be asked attitude. Stay clear at all costs - it has special offers on for a reason! Terrible and what a waste of what was meant to be a special treat - THANKS!!
