Wow that was awful. DO NOT come here for eyelash extensions. Mine fell out after 2 days. In fact I wouldn't step in this place again after the unprofessional and rude receptionist Emma handles clients. I have never met someone more incoherent and illiterate when it comes to handling customers in a professional manner. I'm never one to complain butI can't believe the way they treat their clients. Erica the beautician bless her heart, a lovely girl but left my lashes in an awful state. The vulgar receptionist blamed me for the lashes and then tried to charge me extra after asking me to come back? Now how does that work? What a disappointing place. Do not go here. Do not feed that sad sad woman's pocket. you definitely get what you pay for, now back to my home in sunny Ibiza to my amazing eyelash technician - can't wait! Good luck Sunshine Factory, good luck.

Recently moved to London and any dedicated waxer will know that taking the plunge and trying a new therapist is like having an affair that will most likely leave you running back to your original partner. This however was not the case. I was greeted with a smile and then introduced to Erica. She was fabulous! The wax smelt delicious and in comparison to strip and hot wax the treatment was basically painless! Erica was attentive and chatty and the overall customer service was great. I will be divorcing my old therapist immediately and booking my treatments with Erica from now on.

I have been to this salon a couple of times now and plan to go back - tan always comes out great and the staff are efficient but thorough. Highly recommend it.

I had a deep tissue massage there today. Came with a shoulder pain. It was fantastic. I will deffinitely come back.

Was all very easy to book the appointment, Sunshine Factory were very friendly and confirmed my appointment with numerous reminders. The lady who did my wax was very nice and did a great job! All in all was a good experience. As i am new to London it made finding a local salon etc nice and easy.

Very happy with the results - first time I've had lycon and it was much less painful and far quicker! Will definitely be returning!

I have had a highly client unfriendly experience at this place. The main corporate approach of the employees there is to find any reason to refuse you to give the service after the payment was actually done. I will definitely not go there again, even if the price would be the cheapest ever.

Worse Indian Head Massage i ever had. The therapist was obviously not trained in it, and i have had proffesional ones before. The therapist used feather light strokes on my head and i had to ask her several times (nicely) to increase the pressure as i could not feel a thing. She totally ignored me. She told me her 'hands werent strong enough'. What nonsense is that?? She did not massage my shoulders either, which you are meant to do with indian head massage, and she also attempted to massage the back of my neck whilst i was lying on my back -by putting her hands underneath-this was very uncomfortable as her nails and fingers were digging in to me-next time sunshne factory if you want to massage the back of somebodys neck ask them to turn over!. She kept repeating the same movements over and over again in the same spot and i was very dissapointed. They was not that cheap either considering their lack of experience. The only good thing about the massage was the music, which kept me from getting irate. After the massage ended the therapist walked out of the room , didnt say thank you or goodbye ect and i couldnt find where the light was as it was too dark to get dressed. The only thing i would come here for is the sunbeds, other than that your better of going elsewhere
