Supercuts Staines

I went in for a trim, and my hair was cut far too short to even get a brush round the top to blow dry it, so it was just left "spiked up" I am a business women and was left with a "punky, spikey look". It was awful, I went home and cried. The "stylist" who hacked into my hair was chewing gum and shouting across the salon all the time to someone who was on the salon phone (one of the other stylists who was on holiday and who had phoned them up to give them all the holiday news).I did complain to the manageress who suggested I went back and she would sort my hair out - how? You cannot put hair back! At no point was I offered a refund. The only satisfaction that I could have got would have been if some-one would have cut the stylist`s hair badly - so she would know what it felt like, and would not do it again :-/ to anyone else.I do go past the salon regularly, and she is still there, and I have seen some very short hair cuts coming out, she does seem to only do the one type of hair cut ! i would NEVER go back.
